We help fill gaps and facilitate the transportation of kids who may not be served well by the existing transportation options. Often, that means kids experiencing homelessness, in foster care, with disabilities, and more. We’re proud to raise the bar for student transportation with innovative, technology-driven transportation solutions that are adaptable, reliable, safe, and efficient.

• HopSkipDrive connects partners with local CareDrivers. CareDrivers on our platform are highly vetted caregivers - parents, grandparents, former teachers, babysitters, and more. CareDrivers are people who are from the community, helping solve the community’s transportation challenges.
  This is a brand new pool of safe drivers, providing reliable transportation. The flexible and scalable network of CareDrivers make it possible for us to arrange a ride with just 6-hours notice. That is also why we don’t charge a cancellation fee when a ride is canceled more than 6 hours in advance. This helps clients maximize budgets compared to working with vendors who charge by route, with no accountability for ridership.
  With many thousands of CareDrivers on the platform, we will always find a ride to fit clients’ needs – guaranteed – ensuring no child is ever left behind, even when demand spikes. HopSkipDrive fills a gap that busy parents and school leaders know all too well by arranging safe, reliable rides for kids who need them to get to and from school, support services, extracurricular activities, and more.
• Innovative Technology. HopSkipDrive’s powerful RideIQ technology makes scheduling and managing transportation easy and efficient, enabling streamlined communication and realtime ride tracking for your staff and families. Our technology is specifically designed for the transportation needs of students.
  RideIQ RideIQ allows clients to book, cancel, modify, and track rides for their Riders. Clients can easily create and edit rides; enjoy end-to-end ride visibility; and ensure every student gets where they need to go — all in one place. RideIQ is an all-in-one hub that solves unique school transportation challenges.
  Caregiver App The Caregiver app allows parents and caregivers to see details for rides booked through their Rider’s school district. These details include pickup and drop-off details for each ride, a photo and information about the CareDriver who claims your ride, and the license plate number, make and model of the CareDriver’s vehicle. The Caregiver app also allows caregivers to track rides in real time. The app empowers parents and caregivers with insight into their child’s transportation experience, promoting transparency, safety, and peace of mind. Our Caregiver app prioritizes transparency and peace of mind for each Rider’s parent, guardian, or assigned caregiver. This app allows caregivers to easily cancel unneeded rides, carefully track each ride, and communicate with our Safe Ride Support team and the CareDriver.
  CareDriver App CareDrivers always have complete control over the rides they choose in our app. The app allows CareDrivers to claim, track, and manage rides within a single space for a seamless experience that minimizes disruptions. They can find available rides in their area to claim over the next few weeks and customize their preferences to only display rides relevant to the routes they want to drive. CareDrivers can even see their estimated earnings and whether there are any promotions or incentives attached to the ride.
• Safe Ride Support System. Our Safe Ride Support System provides real-time visibility, individualized monitoring, and direct lines of communication to all parties associated with a ride, enabling true peace of mind on each and every route.
