Daniel Bell is the Deputy Chief of Finance for Mastery Charter Schools in Philadelphia & Camden, managing the Budgeting, Accounts Payable, Financial Analysis, and Accounting departments for the 14,000 students the network proudly serves.  Daniel began his Mastery career as a teacher at the Shoemaker Campus in 2007, becoming an Assistant Principal of Operations there.  Daniel served as the Senior Director of Operations for all Mastery schools from 2013-2018, with a particular focus on operational systems and the opening of new schools.  Daniel previous taught as an elementary school teacher in the Souderton Area School District, is a graduate of Penn State & Temple Universities, and is the proud father of three wonderful girls.
